LOCAL TRAINERS & FRIENDS OF LVXX
We train motivated Malagasy graduates (Local trainers), connect them with global mentors (Friends of LVXX), and open school doors late into the afternoon—blending modern tech with ancestral know-how so young people thrive without leaving home.
Why Train-the-Trainer?
Scale: One certified Trainer coaches 5–7 Co-Trainers online and reaches ≈ 120 students weekly.
Roots + Wings: Learners meet mentors from their own village and abroad.
Sustainability: Skills stay on-site long after grants end.
