A graduate from  Portsmouth, Bristol, Bath Spa Universities and UNESCO. His professional background is in further and higher education, special education needs; medical science and genetics 

Prof Hale is, in addition a UN Peace Ambassador.

Dr. Hale's dedication to empowering young people and students through innovative learning solutions aligns perfectly with our mission. His expertise and passion will inspire us all as we continue to support the next generation of learners in the southern region of Madagascar
